Benefits in most provinces are 90% of the worker's net average weekly earnings.

For Temporary Partial disabilities:
Benefits are up to 90% of the worker's net average earnings before and after injury. This applies to both temporary partial disabilities and for permanent partial disabilities.
In case of permanently disabled, both future economic loss and non economic loss benefits may be payable.
